Application

Calcium formate is used as an additive in dry mixes to accelerate the hardening process or as an anti-frosting additive.
Calcium formate is used in the manufacturing of Portland cement, concrete, floors, plaster and tile adhesive.
The optimal content of calcium formate in Portland cement is 2-2.5%, but each consumer personally determines the percentage of calcium formate in the finished product.
